The Crusharo site and app are a social network designed as a forum where you can meet new people, chat, and share photos, news, and information. It is intended to be a friendly place to visit, and it is important to us (and to you) that it remains a safe and friendly environment. You therefore agree to use Crusharo only in a manner consistent with its purpose and in accordance with these terms and conditions, as well as the Crusharo Community Guidelines and Safety Tips (the "Terms"). When we mention Crusharo, we mean www.crusharo.com, as well as affiliated websites and applications.
The Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you as a user ("you") and Crusharo Trading Limited ("we", "Crusharo").
The terms apply every time you visit Crusharo, whether or not you have chosen to register, so please read them carefully. By accessing, using, registering, or receiving services offered on Crusharo, you accept and agree to be bound by the Terms.

1. Use of the Site and App, and Content Rules
Who can use Crusharo?
Crusharo is a meeting place for adults. You may use Crusharo and its features, or register for it, only if you are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country of residence, if that age is over 18).
You warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and be bound by the Terms, and that by using Crusharo you will not violate any law or regulation of the country in which you reside. You are solely responsible for your compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. We cannot authorize you to use another person's Crusharo profile, nor share your Crusharo account with another person without permission. It is your responsibility to ensure that all use of your account complies with these Terms.
You further warrant that you have not been convicted of, nor are subject to any court order relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment.
What kind of content can I post or upload on Crusharo?
You can post or upload all sorts of things on Crusharo, including photos, emails, messages, and other content ("Content").
However, there are some rules about what is acceptable, so when you use Crusharo, you may not post, send, or upload content that:
- is illegal or encourages, promotes, or incites illegal activities;
- is harmful to minors;
- is defamatory or libelous;
- by itself or its publication infringes upon any third party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights and privacy rights);
- shows another person if that person has not consented;
- contains language and/or images that could be considered offensive or are likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person;
- is obscene, pornographic, violent, or otherwise likely to offend human dignity;
- is abusive, insulting or threatening, discriminatory, or promotes, depicts, or encourages racism, sexism, hatred, or bigotry;
- is associated with commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites, or premium rate telephone numbers);
- involves the transmission of junk mail or "spam";
- impersonates any person, intends to deceive or manipulate them (including, without limitation, scams and dishonest behavior);
- contains spyware, adware, viruses, corrupt files, computer worms, or other malicious code; or
- violates these Terms.
Please use common sense when choosing the content you decide to post on, download, or send via Crusharo, as you are solely responsible for, and bear all liability for, such content.
2. Ownership of Content
Do I still own the Content after I upload it to Crusharo?
Yes, provided that you are the rightful owner (please review our rules regarding posting Content that does not belong to you).
By posting or sending Content on Crusharo, you represent and warrant that:
- you are the author or the exclusive owner, and in any case you waive all moral rights in connection with the Content;
- you have the appropriate authorization or license to use or publish the Content;
- you have the consent or authority to use or publish the Content;
By posting Content on Crusharo, you warrant that you have the right to do so, and you automatically grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use such Content in any way.
3. Paid Services
What can I buy on Crusharo?
Crusharo offers you the opportunity to pay for certain services provided on Crusharo ("Premium Services"). Crusharo's Premium Services offer various ways to find and meet new people, customize your profile, and boost it so more people can find you. You can purchase all of these Premium Services after registration, and you can subscribe to Premium Services for various durations, as described on Crusharo.
You can also buy credits that can be used for Premium services (each, a "Credit"). Credits constitute a limited, personal, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the services. They have no monetary value in the real world, cannot be exchanged for cash or physical goods under any circumstances, and expire according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
How do payments generally work?
If you order Premium Services or Credits on Crusharo, you agree to pay for them in accordance with the billing terms in effect at the time of purchase. You can purchase Premium Services or Credits via the following payment methods: (a) by making a purchase through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or (b) paying with a credit or debit card that we accept, or (c) a PayPal account, or (d) any other payment method available to you in your current location from time to time.
How can I cancel the automatic renewal of my Premium services with Crusharo?
Premium services may be provided as auto-renewing subscriptions. IF YOU PURCHASE AN AUTO-RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL RENEW AT THE END OF THE INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD AND EACH SUBSEQUENT RENEWAL PERIOD WITH CRUSHARO, AT THE CURRENT PRICE FOR THAT SUBSCRIPTION, UNLESS YOU CANCEL. To avoid charges for a new subscription period, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the preceding subscription period.
Price Changes
Crusharo reserves the right to change the prices of its subscriptions at any time. If you have an active subscription, we will notify you in advance of any price changes. If you do not agree with the new price, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Failure to cancel your subscription constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. User Profile Termination
How can I delete my Crusharo account?
At any time, you can terminate your registration by logging into your Crusharo account, going to your "Settings", and clicking "Delete my profile". We save your profile information in case you later decide to restore your account. Many users deactivate their account temporarily and expect Crusharo to retain their information until they reactivate it. Therefore, you will be able to restore your account and your profile in their entirety within 28 days of their deactivation.
5. Privacy Policy
We process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy incorporated into these Terms of Service. Please read the terms of our Privacy Policy before using Crusharo.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
CRUSHARO PROVIDES THE APP AND SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT).
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT CRUSHARO DOES NOT VERIFY THE CRIMINAL BACKGROUND OF ITS USERS AND DOES NOT CONDUCT EXHAUSTIVE BACKGROUND CHECKS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS. YOU AGREE TO USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK AND TO ASSUME FULL LIABILITY FOR YOUR ONLINE AND OFFLINE INTERACTIONS.
7. Identity Verification and Security
Although we are not obligated to do so, Crusharo reserves the right to use third-party service providers to verify the identity, age, or background of users (including checking for presence on sex offender registries). You consent to our use of the information you have provided for this purpose.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crusharo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the App, your content, or any breach by you of these Terms or the law.
9. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
IF YOU RESIDE IN THE UNITED STATES OR IN A JURISDICTION WHERE THIS IS LEGALLY ENFORCEABLE, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM BETWEEN YOU AND CRUSHARO (INCLUDING DISPUTES CONCERNING THESE TERMS, THE APP, OR PRIVACY) WILL BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL, BINDING, AND CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION, AND YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY, AS WELL AS THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
10. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on Crusharo in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with a Notice and Takedown in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or applicable European laws (DSA). Your claim should be sent to our copyright agent at the following address: copyright@crusharo.com.
11. Specific Terms for App Stores (Apple)
If you download our application from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply: You acknowledge that these Terms are entered into solely between you and Crusharo, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Crusharo (and not Apple) is solely responsible for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance and support services for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App. You and Crusharo acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
12. Miscellaneous
The Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims), are governed by English law. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. In such case, the Modifications will be posted on this page and we will indicate the effective date of the update at the bottom of these Terms.
If you disagree with any Modification made to these Terms, please stop using Crusharo immediately. Following any Modification, your continued use of Crusharo constitutes your tacit acceptance of that Change and you will be legally bound by the new Terms.
