Understanding Crusharo's paid features
Crusharo offers a few paid options to optimize your experience.
Crusharo Premium:
• Find out who likes you: unblock the profiles of people who have already liked your profile
• Your sent messages have priority: they appear first in the recipient's inbox
• One crush a day: declare your love for someone and stand out
• Remove Ads: Turn off all ads
• Undo an accidental left swipe: undo a negative swipe
• Bonus Credits on Credit Purchases: Receive additional credits for your in-app purchases
• Unlimited Filters: Use unlimited filters to find the people you are looking for
• View profiles privately:
◦ View profiles without the people concerned being notified.
◦ Put your profile to sleep and take a break without losing your matches and messages.
◦ Hide your profile from all profiles except your matches.
• For Crusharo Premium, you can subscribe for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or lifetime
Crusharo Extra:
• One crush a day: declare your love for someone and stand out

• Bonus Credits on Credit Purchases: Receive additional credits for your in-app purchases

Credits:
Buy credits by clicking on your credit balance displayed on your profile. The credits are not a monthly subscription, but a recharge system to optimize certain interactions.
This is a great way to increase your visibility on Crusharo. For example, you can use them to:
• Appear at the top of the To discover section
• Be seen by more people in Dating
• Show others that you are online and ready to chat to increase your chances of receiving messages
• Unblock chats (without match)
• Buy Extra Shows so that your profile is offered to more people in Dating
• Send a "Favorite"
• Buy receipts
Automatic recharge
Note: Auto-reload is only available on the web and in the Android version of Crusharo.
On Crusharo Web or Android, you can automatically top up your credits as soon as your balance is below 200. To activate this feature, simply check the box “Automatically top up my Crusharo credits when the balance is below 200 credits”, located under your payment details when you purchase credits. It's completely optional.
If you want to disable this feature later:

Open your settings (shaped icontoothed wheel)

Scroll down to “Payment Settings”

Turn off the “Auto Recharge” option
How long are my credits valid?
• Your purchased credits expire 6 months after purchase, unless you purchased them on the Apple App Store
• If you delete your account or if we close it for violating our terms of use, you will lose any unused credits
• Free or promotional credits may expire at any time; so remember to use them before they expire
Promo codes and free trials
At the moment we cannot apply promo codes, but we regularly offer special offers. When available, they appear as notification banners in the app. You can't miss them! You will also always find the most up-to-date pricing information and current promotions on the checkout page.
Having trouble making a purchase?
If the credits you have already purchased do not appear in your account, contact our support team with proof of purchase (such as a receipt or transaction confirmation) so we can verify the situation.
If you are unable to complete a purchase, simply contact customer service for assistance; our team will look into the issue and guide you through the nextsteps.
