Request a refund

You can make one-time purchases on Crusharo (like credits) or take out a subscription. Eligibility for reimbursement depends on our General Conditions, and the criteria below:

• The platform used (iOS, Android or Web)

• Your location

• What you bought

Payments via Apple (iOS):

Apple manages payments and refunds for Crusharo payments made through Apple. To request a refund:

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Select “I would like” and choose “Request a refund”.

4. Follow the instructions to submit your request

Payments via Google Play (Android):

To request a refund:

1. Open Google Play

2. Tap your profile > “Payments & Subscriptions” > “Subscriptions”

3. Select the Crusharo purchase, then tap “Request a Refund”

Payments by card, PayPal or Crusharo Web:

If you paid by card, PayPal or directly through Crusharo Web, please contact our support team. Our team will study your request and get back to you.
