Matches have disappeared

Have some of your matches disappeared from your “Chats” tab? There are several possible explanations:

• The other person ended the discussion: If one person unsubscribes, the discussion is deleted from both accounts.

• Their account has been deleted, deactivated, or suspended by Crusharo: If an account is deleted or suspended for security reasons, the match is deleted and the history disappears from the application.

• You have changed your gender identity settings: If you update your gender identity (for example, from “male” to “non-binary”), you will lose all matches and chats created with your previous settings.

• The other person has paused or hidden their profile: Premium members can hide or pause their account, which means they can temporarily disappear from your Discussions tab.

In rare cases, a bug or recent app update may temporarily affect your chat list. Make sure your app is up to date with the latest version and try restarting it.

Did you delete a match without doing it on purpose?

We cannot restore matches or conversations that have been deleted, even accidentally. We know it can be very frustrating, but there is always a chance your paths will cross again. Until then, many other meetings await you!
