Your conversations

Once you've matched with someone, go to the Chats tab to start or continue a conversation. Here you can get to know each other and see if you get along. The Chats tab is the perfect place for all your chats and matches.

Likes and Matches

At the top of the Discussions tab, you will see all the profiles that have given you a Like or matched with.

• Tap on a match to start a conversation if you haven't already

• Send a nice introductory message or use a GIF to break the ice!

Messages

In Messages, you can chat with your matches:

• Type your message and tap Send

• Add a GIF or, if available, send a gift (with credits) to liven up the conversation

• Want something more personal? Start a video chat or voice call directly in the app: your phone number remains private

• It is not possible to delete or unsend a message you have sent, nor can you delete a specific message you have received.

In case of problems

If you receive a message that is offensive or violates our rules:

• Tap “Report” below the offending message

• Or, to report a member, tap the three dots (···) at the top right, then choose “Report”

• Our team will examine the situation and take the necessary measures

Conseils for successful conversations

• Be friendly: say hello and reference something on their profile

• Ask open-ended questions and tell a little about yourself

• Avoid generic or copy-pasted messages

• Stay respectful and kind: this is how the best relationships are born

Having trouble sending messages?

Try these quick fixes:

• Update the app to the latest version

• Check your internet connection

• Log out and log back in
