Cancel your subscriptions

The procedure for canceling your Crusharo subscription depends on your registration method. Once the subscription is canceled, you will keep all your benefits until the end of the subscription.

If you purchased the subscription via Apple (iOS):

1. Open your phone settings

2. Tap your name at the top

→ “Subscriptions”

3. Find and select Crusharo

4. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

If you purchased the subscription via Google Play (Android):

1. Open the Google Play Store app

2. Tap your profile icon

→ “Payments and subscriptions”

→ “Subscriptions”

3. Select Crusharo

4. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

If you subscribed to the subscription by credit card or PayPal:

On the Crusharo app:

1. Open the Crusharo app

2. Tap your profile icon

3. Press the “Packages” button

4. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

On the Crusharo website:

1. Open crusharo.app and log in

2. Click on your profile photo at the top left

3. Go to Settings → “Payment Settings”

4. Choose to cancel your subscription

If you cannot access Crusharo to cancel your subscription yourself, please contact our support team, who will be happy to assist you.

Have you changed your mind? You can restart your subscription at any time from the “Plans” section of your profile page.
