Secure your account
If you notice changes to your profile, unexpected messages, or login alerts, you may suspect that someone has gained access to your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, here's what you should do immediately:
Immediate Action:
- Log out of all your devices (if possible): ◦ Open the Crusharo app, go to your Profile > Settings > Log out ◦ On Crusharo Web, click your profile icon > Log out
- Change the password for your associated sign-in method (Apple ID, Facebook*, Google, or your phone number), if applicable. ◦ If you sign in through Apple, Facebook, or Google, change the password for that account ◦ If you connect using your phone number, contact your carrier
- Change your email account password (especially if you receive verification codes by email).
*You can only log in or register via Facebook on the Crusharo app.
Our safety tips:
• Keep your login details and verification codes secret • Set up a passcode for Crusharo. This adds extra protection to prevent anyone from accessing your account if your device is lost or stolen • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your Apple, Google or Facebook accounts • Be vigilant about messagesasking you for personal information; these could be phishing attempts
