Looking for account information or past conversations with a Crusharo match? You have the right to access your data. To do this, simply send us a request for access to your data.

The quickest way to request access to your data is to contact us via chat support and specify that you want to “Request Data”.

If you are seeking access to a copy of a conversation with a match (for example if you have a success story to share), you and your match must send separate requests for access to each other's messages.

We aim to provide you with your data within one calendar month, although a shorter period may apply depending on your country of residence. In most cases, you will receive your data much faster once your request is confirmed.
