Report a person

If someone makes you feel uncomfortable or violates our rules, you can report them directly on Crusharo. It's quick, easy and anonymous.

On the Crusharo app:

1. Open your chat with the person concerned and tap the three dots at the top right (if you are in the To Discover or Meetings section, tap the three dots at the top right of their profile).

2. Tap “Block & Report”.

3. Choose the reason for the report and add comments, if necessary. This will allow us to act more easily

On the Crusharo website:

1. Open your chat with the person concerned and tap the three dots at the top right. (if you're in browsing mode, tap the three dots at the top right of their profile)

2. Click “Report”, then “Start Reporting”

3. Please choose a reason and provide any additional information so we can investigate further

How does a report take place?

Your report is confidential and anonymous. The person will not know that you reported them. Our team will review your report and take necessary steps to ensure security on Crusharo for all profiles.
