Online Safety Act: Protection of people against illegal content

At Crusharo, safety is our top priority. In order to minimize the duration of presence on Crusharo of content potentially contrary to our Community Rules, our General Conditions of Use, or other harmful or illegal elements (hereinafter referred to as “Illicit Content”), we are implementing several measures:

• Automated Systems – Tools to identify infringing content and, in some cases, take action in real time.

• Human moderation – Using people to ensure cases are considered in context.

• Member Control – We encourage our members to use built-in tools to report, block and delete a match with suspicious accounts.

We exercise particular vigilance regarding certain types of infringing content, in particular:

1. Content promoting terrorism

• Our Community Guidelines relating to terrorism and violent extremism prohibit the presence on the application of individuals or organizations that advocate, tolerate or support violent, dangerous or terrorist missions.

• Our automatic text-based detection spots keywords, phrases and behacrusharol patterns associated with extremist content. This content is then subject to human moderation.

• Additionally, photos and videos uploaded to theThe application may be subject to human and/or automated moderation to detect images containing firearms, explosives or hateful symbols.

• In the unlikely event that illegal Content in this category is identified, it will be immediately removed and the member's access to the application will be revoked.

2. Pedocriminal content

• In accordance with our Terms of Sale and our Community Guidelines, Crusharo is exclusively for adults (18+), and we have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse.

• We encourage our members to report anyone who may be a minor using our integrated reporting tool, specifying the reason for the report.

• We implement age verification measures designed to detect and revoke access to the App from anyone under the age of 18, thereby significantly reducing the risk of child exploitation.

• Our automated text-based proactive detection looks for keywords and behacrusharol indicators of minors on the app, which also helps us detect potential attempts to solicit children for child abuse purposes.

• We also deploy proactive technology for detecting child criminal content which consists of automatic hashing and comparison with databasesclassics in the field for identifying and removing known child criminal content. Detection of child criminal content results in immediate deletion and blocking of the account.

3. Fraud and financial crimes (including romance scams)

• Our Community Rules prohibit any fraudulent or theft activity intended to defraud or manipulate members out of financial or material resources. We also prohibit inauthentic profiles and require our members to post accurate photos and information on their profiles.

• We encourage our members to report any potential scams or fake profiles using our built-in reporting tool, specifying the reason for the report.

• We combine automated checks with manual checks to detect and remove fraudulent activity, including:

◦ Deception Detector™ – A proprietary AI-powered fraud detection system that analyzes profile data, engagement patterns and account activity to proactively detect fraudulent behavior before scams occur. This technology is combined with the work of a dedicated support team to keep our community safe.

◦ Financial Solicitation Detection – An AI-powered keyword identification tool that flags messages involvingt financial requests. These messages are then escalated to be reviewed by an individual.

◦ Photo and video moderation – Automatic and human review of images to detect and escalate images containing celebrities, QR codes or text.

◦ Additionally, our dedicated anti-spam team continuously analyzes profile data, photo authenticity and behavior patterns to detect scamming members.

• Profiles flagged as suspicious are either blocked immediately if fraudulent behavior is confirmed, or subject to additional verification before the member can gain access to the app again.

4. Other types of infringing content

• Threats, Abuse, and Harassment – In accordance with our policy on harassment and abusive behavior, we do not allow content or behavior that could make an individual or group feel harassed, intimidated, or targeted.

• Hate speech and harmful misinformation – our Identity-Based Hate Policy prohibits any content or behavior that encourages or condones hatred, dehumanization, degradation, or contempt toward marginalized or minoritized communities, based on a broad range of protected grounds, including race/ethnicity and religion/belief.

• Violations relating to these rules, as well as our other policiesticks relative to community guidelines, are detected through member reports or AI-based tools and are flagged for human moderation.

Act if illegal content is reported

Our members play a vital role in keeping Crusharo safe by reporting content or behavior that may violate our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or the law. To ensure prompt action, we encourage all members to report anyone who makes them feel uncomfortable or unsafe . Automated tools and a moderation team analyze the reported content to decide what action(s) to take.

In the UK, our members and the public can also report content on Crusharo that they believe violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines or UK law via our reporting form, specifying the type of violation. This form may also be used to file a complaint regarding any aspect of Crusharo's compliance with the OSA. All reports of illegal content and complaints regarding non-compliance made via the reporting form are reviewed by our team of moderators.

If we find that reported content violates our terms of servicesation, our community guidelines or the law, we determine the sanction by taking into account several factors. For example, we can:

• Delete content

• Issue a warning

• Ban the offending member from some or all Crusharo Inc applications.

If necessary, we may also cooperate with law enforcement to assist in possible criminal investigations related to the behavior of our members.

If we believe that a complaint of non-compliance is well-founded, we will review our systems and procedures to ensure our compliance with the relevant obligations of the Online Safety Act.

Use of proactive technologies

We use advanced detection technologies to proactively identify and remove infringing content, including:

• Private Detector™ - an AI-driven tool that automatically detects and blurs explicit images before they reach users, to prevent the distribution of unwanted sexual content (also known as “cyberflashing”). Members can choose to view or report blurred images immediately.

• Deception Detector™ – A tool that uses machine learning to detect inauthentic profiles (more on fraud and financial crimes above).

• Detection of child criminal content – A technologydetection which consists of an automatic hash and a comparison with traditional databases in the field (more information in the preceding section on child criminal content).

• AI-based detection and text-based learning models that detect and escalate suspected infringing content.

• Anti-spam systems – Tools that analyze a wide range of profiles, devices and behacrusharol data to detect patterns of suspicious behavior and proactively remove accounts guilty of scamming.
