Your security is at the heart of the design and operation of our platforms. We apply a zero tolerance policy towards the non-consensual distribution of intimate images (NCII).
What is non-consensual distribution of intimate images (NCII)?
NCII refers to sharing, publishing or threatening to distribute intimate or sexual photos or videos without the consent of the person concerned. This includes real content, but also content modified or generated by AI (synthetic content), as well as content initially shared with consent and then distributed without authorization.
To reinforce our commitment to online safety and combat technology-facilitated violence, we have implemented a dedicated reporting form allowing members and non-members to report cases of NCII on Crusharo. You can report content that concerns you directly, or do so on behalf of someone you know, provided you have their consent.
How to use this form
To help us act quickly, we will ask you for some contact details so that we can keep you up to date with the processing of your report, as well as details of the content reported, for example whether it directly concerns you or someone else, the type of image in question and a description of the content. If you have them you can attach capturesscreen of the profile of the person sharing the content. You will also be able to add additional information, such as profile name, age, location or description, to help us find the account in question. There is no need to share the intimate image with our team.
Every report is reviewed by our dedicated security team. When a violation is confirmed, we act quickly, including removing the reported content. We will keep you informed of the progress of your report and may contact you if we need additional information to identify the content in question.
We know how sensitive these situations can be and treat each report seriously, with kindness and respect.

If you need further help or support, we work with Chayn, an international organization which supports victims of gender-based violence and runs our Bloom programme. Together, we offer free support, designed for victims of trauma, in particular thanks to a program dedicated to abuse linked to intimate images and the reconstruction process, accessible here.
