Law enforcement requests

Where necessary, we work with our external law enforcement partners to conduct wellness checks, assist in criminal investigations, enforce applicable data protection laws and regulations, and advise on new innovations to keep the digital world secure.

We work in good faith with law enforcement to enforce our Privacy Policy and provide a safe environment for all of our members, both in-app and in real life. When working with law enforcement, we strictly comply with all data and privacy laws and regulations. We do not disclose any such data or information requests to our members or the public.

Law enforcement may submit a data or preservation request by creating an account and logging into our Secure Law Enforcement Portal .

Please note that we will not respond to requests submitted by fax, telephone, email or from an unauthorized person. In the event of a request by mail, the police must allow a longer response time.

Law enforcement agencies should direct their request to one of our offices:

• United States inquiries: Crusharo Trading LLC, 1105 West 41st Street, Austin, Texas, 78756

• European Production Order (EPOC): European Preservation Order (EPOC-PR), 70 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, Dublin, Ireland

Any request not made to an office may be treated as a request made to the office of Crusharo Trading Limited and dealt with in accordance with the law applicable to law enforcement requests in England and Wales. This may result in your request being denied.

Please note that EU Member States are required to submit their requests via the electronic evidence transmission channels provided for this purpose; requests received by postal mail will not be processed.

All requests from law enforcement will be handled in accordance with the law governing the location of the office to which the request is addressed. It is the responsibility of the police to send their request to the competent department. We will not transfer requests between our offices.

Any request for data from law enforcement must be accompanied by an official document and signed on letterhead. For compliance reasons and to ensure proper authentication, we request:

• The name of the person you are seeking information about, and one or more of the following:

◦ A registered email address◦ A registered mobile phone number

◦ An associated mobile phone number

◦ A unique user identification number

◦ The reason for your request

◦ Required information

◦ An email address from a law enforcement domain

◦ A designated contact person, including country, law enforcement authority, department, rank/title and telephone number.

◦ The attachment of the applicable legal process, such as a mutual legal assistance order, production order, subpoena or search warrant. Please ensure that the legal authority designates the correct office, as we cannot act on a legal authorization addressed to the wrong office.
