Report inappropriate messages

Your safety and well-being are our priority. If someone sends you a message that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or makes you feel uncomfortable, you can report it directly through the Crusharo app or website.

Here's how to do it:

1. Open the conversation in question

2. Select “Report” (just below the message)

3. Then tap “Report content” and check all relevant messages

4. Press the red “Report” button to confirm

5. Choose a reason for your report; you will also have the option to block this person if you wish.

And then?

• Our moderation team reviews and investigates all reports we receive

• In most cases, you don't have to do anything else. We take care of the rest

• Reports are anonymous. The person you reported will therefore not know who reported their content

• For confidentiality reasons, we generally cannot inform you about the further procedure. But you can trust us: we take all reports very seriously
