European legislation on digital services: Reporting illegal content

If you are located in the European Union and believe that content on Crusharo is illegal in the EU, reporting it directly through the app is the most effective way for us to investigate it as quickly as possible.

To do this, click on the "Report" button, go to the "Illegal content in the EU" section and follow the reporting procedure, choosing the reason for your complaint and providing us with any relevant additional information. When we receive your report, our team will study it and inform you of the action taken, unless you have opted for an anonymous report.

Please note that your reports must be made in good faith and it is important to avoid any abuse of the reporting function, including sending manifestly unfounded reports. We may restrict or prevent the processing of reports from people who use our reporting channels for abusive purposes. For example, if you regularly submit reports or appeals that are manifestly unfounded, we may suspend or terminate your account.
