Delete your account

If you found what you were looking for or just need a break, you can delete your Crusharo profile at any time.

Here's how to do it, depending on your device:

Crusharo app

1. Open your “Profile”

2. Tap the gear icon to open your “Settings”.

3. Tap “Account”

4. Tap “Delete Account” at the bottom of the screen

If you would like to hide your account instead (as if you had deleted it, but with the option to reactivate it at any time):

1. Open your “Profile”

2. Tap the gear icon to open your “Settings”.

3. Tap the toggle button next to “Hide Account”

Crusharo website

1. Open your “Profile”

2. Click the gear icon to access “Settings”

3. Click “Delete Account” at the very bottom of the screen

If you are using the Crusharo website and don't see the "Delete Account" option, your email address may not have been confirmed yet. You will need to have it verified before deleting your profile.

We will send you a new verification link by email in a few minutes; Just follow the instructions in this post (and don't forget to check your junk or spam folders).

Please note:

• Your subscriptions may not cancel automatically. If you are a Vi subscriberora Premium or Extra, make sure to cancel this option first.

• If you are unable to delete your account using the steps above, our team is here to help. Contact us and let us know that you would like your account deleted. Our team will verify your identity to confirm that you are the account owner.

Recover your account

If you change your mind, you have 28 days from the date your account was deleted to get it back. During this period, your profile and data are temporarily stored but hidden from other users.

Contact our support team and we'll help you reactivate your profile so you can pick up where you left off.
