Australian Online Safety Law: Crusharo Compliance
As a provider of an online dating service, Crusharo is subject to certain security-related compliance obligations under the Online Safety Act and the applicable Electronic Services Standard (or 'RES Standard') established under that Act.
Crusharo takes its obligations under the Online Safety Act and the applicable Relevant Electronic Services Standard (“RES Standard”) very seriously.
If you wish to make a complaint regarding Crusharo's compliance with the Online Safety Act or RES, including the handling of a report of illegal or restricted content on Crusharo, you may do so by going to the "Security and Wellbeing" section of your profile settings and selecting "File Compliance Complaint". This complaints mechanism is only available in Australia.
Once your complaint is submitted, our team will take appropriate action in a timely manner to investigate and will notify you of its findings once the investigation is complete.
If you are not satisfied with the findings, we will refer your complaint to the Australian Online Safety Commissioner.
If you wish to make a complaint directly to the Online Safety Commissioner, you can do so here: https://www.esafety.gov.au/Report.
