Code for consensual dating in Australia
The Australian Online Safety Code for Dating Services came into force on 1 October 2024. The Code is an industry code of practice that puts in place safeguards to reduce the risk of harm online for users of dating services operating in Australia. If you are located in Australia and believe that illegal or restricted content is accessible on or through Crusharo, reporting it directly through the app is the most effective way for us to quickly review the content and take appropriate action.
To do this, click the “Report” button in the Crusharo app, go to the “Illegal content” section and follow the reporting procedure, choosing the reason for your complaint and providing us with any additional relevant information. Our team will review your report and notify you of its findings once the investigation is complete.
If you have reported illegal or restricted content to us on Crusharo and you are not satisfied with our response, you can request a review of our decision by following the link provided in our response, within one month from the datee notification. We will review the situation and promptly inform you of our findings.
Please note that reports must be made in good faith and that any misuse of our reporting functionality should be avoided. We may take action against people who use our reporting channels for abusive purposes. For example, if you regularly submit reports that are unnecessary, abusive, or not based on your good faith, we may suspend or terminate your account.
