Australian Online Safety Act: Reporting illegal and sensitive content in Australia

In Australia, “illegal and sensitive online content” includes:

• Class 1A content: sexual exploitation of children, terrorist propaganda, extreme crimes and violence

• and class 1B content: crime and violence, drug trafficking.

If you are located in Australia and believe that illegal or restricted content is accessible on or through Crusharo, reporting it directly through the app is the most effective way for us to quickly review the content and take appropriate action.

To do this, click the “Report” button in the Crusharo app, go to the “Illegal content” section and follow the reporting procedure, choosing the reason for your complaint and providing us with any additional relevant information. Our team will review your report and notify you of its findings once the investigation is complete.

If you have reported illegal or restricted content to us on Crusharo and you are not satisfied with our response, you can request a review of our decision by following the link provided in our response, within one month from the date of notification of the result. We will review the situation and promptly inform you of our findings.

Wepoint out that reports must be made in good faith and that any misuse of our reporting functionality should be avoided. We may take action against people who use our reporting channels for abusive purposes. For example, if you regularly send reports that are unnecessary, abusive, or not based on your good faith, we may suspend or terminate your account.
