Updating your personal information

You can easily update your personal information on Crusharo to keep your profile accurate and reflective of your true personality. Here's how to do it:

On the application and website:

1. Open the Crusharo app or go to crusharo.app

2. Open your profile (bottom right)

3. Select “Edit Profile” (the pencil icon)

4. Tap the information you want to edit, for example your name or bio

5. Make your changes and hit “Save” when finished

If you need to change your date of birth

Contact us. Do not hesitate to inform us that you wish to change your date of birth; we will reset it for you. The next time you log in, you will be asked to enter your date of birth.

If you have already requested a change to your date of birth, you will also need to attach a clear photo of government-issued identification showing your name and date of birth when you contact us.

Please note that it is currently not possible to hide or remove your age on your Crusharo profile.

If you want to change your gender

You can only do this once. Be aware that this change will reset your current matches; your existing contacts will therefore no longer appear.

To do it:

1. Go to your profile page and open thesettings

2. Open “Edit Basic Information”

3. Select “Gender” and make your choice

You will be asked to confirm your modification choice and accept that you will lose your matches.

Good to know:

• Some information (such as your name, age or gender) may need to be quickly verified before being updated.

• If your Crusharo account is linked to Facebook, Apple or Google, your name and photo may be automatically updated to match those accounts.

• For security reasons, some information cannot be changed too frequently.
