Do you need help? We are here to answer you! There are several ways to contact us and get the help and answers you need.
On the application via our help center:
We launched the Help Center to make it very easy for you to get help, directly from the app.
In the help center, you can:
• Quickly explore and review our up-to-date Help Center articles to find answers to frequently asked questions
• Chat with Jen, our AI support agent, for immediate help
• Receive real-time updates on all security reports you have made
There are two main sections:
• Need help? Here you can search for a specific topic, browse different themes or explore our most popular topics
• Notifications: here, you will be able to see the progress of your reports and summaries of your exchanges with the help center
To access the Help Center:

Go to your profile

Tap the question mark symbol at the top right
To start a chat with our AI-powered assistant:

Opens in the help center

Scroll to “Chat”
To contact us via the website:

Click on your profile icon

Go to “Contact and FAQ”

Select “Contact Us”
You can also click on the widget “Chat with us” at the bottom right of this page.
For certain requests, we may ask you to log in if you have not already done so. By logging into your account, you allow us to help you more efficiently and quickly.
