We are aware of the importance of the connections created on Crusharo and we do our best so that you can continue to meet sincerely, without interruption. If you're having trouble with Crusharo, try the following troubleshooting steps before contacting support:

Check your internet connection

A weak or unstable internet connection can cause profiles to take longer to load or disrupt sending messages and updating your account.

  • Check that your device is connected to WiFi or that you have a good mobile data connection

  • Try turning avi mode on and offwe

  • If possible, test Crusharo on another Wi-Fi network or data connection to rule out connection issues

Update or reinstall the app

Using an old version of the application may cause bugs or crashes.

  • Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) on your device

  • Search for Crusharo and check for an “Update” button

Force close the app and reopen it

If Crusharo is not responding, close it completely from the recent apps list, then reopen it.

  • On Android, you can also go to Settings → Apps → Crusharo → Force Stop and then reopen the app

Log out and log back in

Sometimes you just need to log out to refresh your session.

  • Tap your profile icon, then tap “Settings”. Scroll down and tap “Sign out”

  • Close the app completely, then open it and log in again

Clear cache and delete app data (Android only)

A bug or slow loading times may be caused by cached files, which are data saved by your application or browser to speed up the loading of images, profile information, or pages you visit often.

  • Go to Settings → Apps → Crusharo → Storage → Clear Cache

  • If personal problemsistent, you can also tap “Delete Data” (this will not delete your account)

Check app permissions and your storage space

Crusharo needs certain permissions and storage space to work properly.

  • Make sure Crusharo has permission to access your location, camera, photos and notifications

  • If your device's storage space is almost full, it may slow down or cause bugs. Try deleting unused apps or files

Temporarily disable battery saver, VPNs, or ad blockers

Sometimes these settings may interfere with Crusharo's Internet connection or background operation. Try disabling them temporarily to see if that fixes the problem.

Restart your device

Turn your phone off completely for about 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Restarting your device ends background processes that can sometimes create a bug or crash.
